Shane Goodin, the owner of Bull Run Roofing, comes from an agricultural background that shaped the values behind this company. The name Bull Run is a direct nod to that way of life and to the kind of work ethic it represents.

For Shane, it stands for honesty, integrity, and doing the job the right way even when it would be easier to take a shortcut. Those values influence how we communicate, how we show up, and how we treat every property we work on.

MEET SHANE GOODIN

Husband. Father of Five. Cattle Farmer. Roofer.

Shane Goodin started his construction company in 2014, which grew into Bull Run Roofing. With over 20 years in construction and a degree in Construction Management he has spent his career learning every corner of the trade, from foundations to rooftops. But the credential that matters most to the homeowners he works with isn’t on a diploma. It’s the fact that when Shane tells you something, he means it.

Before narrowing his focus to roofing, gutters, and siding, Shane operated across all areas of general construction. Over time, he saw a clear gap in the market: Kearney and the surrounding communities needed a roofing company that felt like a neighbor, not a corporation. A company that showed up on time, gave honest answers, and actually cared about the outcome. So he built one.

Today, Shane leads a team that reflects his values. You’ll find the same work ethic on every job site whether it’s a routine repair in Kearney or a full storm damage restoration in Clay County.
